In the near future, an association of cheese makers will start operating in the Moscow Region, which will include not only a platform for the exchange of experience and opinions, but also high-tech production workshops.
According to the Governor of the Moscow Region, the stage of preparing the cheese cluster for launch is in the most active stage: “On an area of 16 hectares, we will prepare the most convenient locations for production,” says Andrey Vorobyov. “All necessary communications will be established that will help cheese producers feel comfortable and efficient in their work.”

According to Vorobyov, the construction of the cluster will have the most positive effect on the dairy industry in the Moscow Region. All factories built on the basis of the cluster will be equipped with modern equipment that will allow the production of large volumes of milk and dairy products.
