We are talking about an event called "Skorlupino" - this is an ethnic festival, the main symbol of which is an egg.

The eggs in this area are highly respected, since the district is the focus of poultry farms and supplies high-quality poultry products to the market of the republic and other regions of the Russian Federation.

The organizers of the festival hold such a celebration for the fourth time and this year they expect at least fifteen thousand guests from among the residents of Tatarstan and guests of the region.

It is reported that during the festival, the organizers will delight guests with pan relay races, dancing with eggs. The bravest will be able to take part in egg throwing competitions. However, the "highlight" of the program will be ... a gigantic omelet.

Eight leading chefs of the region will spend seven thousand seven hundred and seventy-seven eggs produced by local layers for its preparation, as well as seasoned with vegetables and herbs from pestretsov farmers.

It is reported that the creation of a unique dish will be the final stage of the holiday. After that, everyone will be able to taste the record holder delicacy for free. According to preliminary data, the weight of the dish will be about five hundred kilograms.
