Very soon, in May of this year, a large-scale process of building an innovative agricultural complex will begin in the territory of the Krasnodar Territory.

The specialization of this facility will be narrow-profile - the employees of the complex will be busy with the reception, processing and preservation of grains of a culture such as quinoa in specially equipped rooms.

Note that quinoa seeds are very popular among adherents of a healthy diet. This premium quality product is sold at a price higher than average, when compared with the so-called "social" cereals, and most often it appears in the diet of those consumers who need to see nutritious and healthy food on their plate.All over the world, quinoa is valued for its high content of vegetable protein, useful for children and athletes. Also, quinoa grains contain tryptophan, which contributes to the production of the “hormone of happiness” - serotonin. In addition, there is no gluten in quinoa; accordingly, the product is not an allergen. For its useful properties, quinoa seeds received the well-deserved nickname "Divine Grain." Investors invested more than 70 million rubles in the construction of the complex. The main sponsor of the construction was the administration of the Quinoa Center research and production enterprise. This association will provide a new facility in the Krasnodar Territory with raw materials for processing and storage.

The plans of the investors and the organizers of the project to build the complex are to receive up to 12 tons of processed quinoa grains every year. The completion of the construction and equipment of the complex is scheduled for mid-2020.
