This is due to a decrease in the volume of purchases by the traditional largest importer of Ukrainian products by Turkey from 339.1 thousand tons in July-January last year to 210 thousand tons of the current period. In addition, procurement was also reduced by Egypt, which is one of the main buyers of the 2017-2018 marketing year season.
At the same time, Ukraine slightly expanded the geographic distribution of wheat bran - Saudi Arabia and Singapore began to buy Ukrainian products.
It should be recalled that wheat bran is a by-product of the production of flour and is a remote shell of grains in the processing of grain. Until recently, they were used exclusively in animal husbandry as feed.
However, along with the shell, fiber, a lot of vitamins and minerals are removed from the grain. Bread baked from such a grain becomes "refined", acquires a good taste, but loses value for the body. Therefore, it is recommended to use whole grain products, in particular, wheat bran.
Fiber-rich bran helps in cleansing the body, stimulates the digestive process. And the vitamins A, B, E contained in the product are useful for metabolism and hemodialysis. With their help, the functioning of the digestive, muscular, cardiovascular and nervous systems is regulated, hormonal levels are normalized.
In addition, bran, have a beneficial effect on the restoration of damaged tissues, normalize the condition of the skin, hair and nails. Regular consumption of bran strengthens the protective properties of the body and has a positive effect on vision.
