To date, representatives of the dairy industry of the Republic of Bashkortostan have industrialized three hundred thirty-nine and a half thousand tons of milk (since the beginning of 2019).

Such information was shared by employees of the public relations department of the Center for Agricultural Consulting of the region. Also in the region, it was noted that such an indicator is due both to the work of agricultural enterprises and farmer organizations.

It should also be noted that the current figures are two thousand nine hundred tons higher than the figures that were recorded in the republic on the same date last year.

Among the forwards of dairy production and processing in the Republic of Bashkortostan, one can distinguish representatives of the industry from such regions as Chekmagushevsky (with an indicator of thirty-one thousand tons) and Sterlitamak (with an indicator of twenty-two thousand three hundred tons).

If we talk about milkmen of the Dyurtyulinsky district, then since the beginning of the year they managed to sell over seventeen thousand tons of milk. Next come the leaders of the Aurgazinsky, Ilishevsky and Tatyshlinsky districts.

It is important to note that the employees of the milk processing industry in all these areas produce one third of the total milk in the region.
