Russian farmers go to the capital of Germany at the Green Week exhibition. As part of the exposition, farmers will introduce Germans to Russian agricultural food products.
In particular, the delegation from the Kaliningrad region intends to treat the guests of the exhibition with Russian yogurt, cream, cottage cheese, milk, cheeses and sour cream. In addition, representatives of this region plan to “plant” the Germans in the Kaliningrad gingerbread, drying, glazed curds, cakes and other confectionery products of their own production.
“We also bring to the exhibition the most favorite delicacies of all Russians - pancakes with various fillings, mini sandwiches with sprats from the Baltic Sea and eggs on Borodino bread, sandwiches with sprats and lemon butter, slices of loaf greased with cream cheese made in Kaliningrad, salad with liver "cod, rich ear with several species of fish, etc." - Russian delegates from Kaliningrad share their plans. They add that they will probably be able to hit the German public with unusual pancakes stuffed with sprats in tomato and canapes with red caviar.
In total, Kaliningraders intend to cook at least six thousand servings of various Russian delicacies as part of the exhibition.
