The migrant entrepreneur Sergey Sviridenko from the Donetsk region founded the eco-farm “Kozatske pod_r’ya” for the production of delicacies from meat and cheese. In his activities, he is constantly improving and soon intends to introduce innovative methods to improve the quality of the final product. In particular, the farmer plans to include music for goats.
According to Sergei Sviridenko, before lunch, goats will enjoy the sounds of classics. And before the milking procedure, their fighting spirit will be supported by more dynamic melodies, such as Ukrainian songs. Sending to the pasture will take place under encouraging marches that will tell the animals that the time has come for a walk.
According to Sviridenko, such a musical regime of the day will help goats to acquire conditioned reflexes, as well as increase milk yield and improve the quality of milk.
In 2017, Sergey Sviridenko took part in the competition “Ukrainian Donetsk Fist”. In September of the same year, he received a grant in the amount of UAH 500 thousand for the purchase of equipment for the production of cheese and expanded production.
The family of farmers has their own recipes for each product, but does not share them with anyone. The entrepreneur sells his products in his own store in the city of Druzhkovka.
Customers from other locations receive goods by mail. And to preserve the freshness and high taste of the products, the farmer uses special devices.
