The Kirovskiy Agroholding Avangard OJSC, which is located in the Volnoye village, sold waste to farmers, violating the requirements of the current legislation, the press service of the State Food and Drug Administration of the Kirovograd Region said.
Citizens of Kropyvnytsky, forced to breathe stench, turned to specialists from the Main Directorate of the State Food and Beverage Service of the region. To establish the causes of the unpleasant odor, experts examined enterprises that operate in the Kropyvnytskyi district and could become a source of miasms.
The survey revealed that the bad smell could come from unprocessed products of animal origin, which farmers purchased from the Kirovsky branch of Agroholding Avangard OJSC in the village of Volnoye and applied to the soil.

GU Gosprodpotrebsluzhby initiated a meeting of the state emergency antiepizootic commission in the district state administration, by decision of which a ban was placed on the export of unprocessed livestock products to the farmland of Kropyvnytskyi district.
The head of the enterprise was brought to administrative responsibility. An order was issued to eliminate the detected violations.
