Last week has become a landmark in the history of both the Bashkir State Agrarian University in particular, and for the Republic of Bashkiria as a whole. Because it was here that the classes of the first set of students of the Cremonini School of Beef Cattle Breeding started.
It is reported that farmers of the region, as well as members of agricultural facilities and livestock production cooperatives from different parts of the Bashkir expanses, gathered in the training classes of this "School".
It is known that the honorable mission of teaching in this educational institution fell on the shoulders of Italian experts and practitioners. Mark Tassinari will teach the Bashkir pastoralists the intricacies of innovative livestock farming. He is a professor of veterinary medicine and zoological medicine at the University of Bologna. Also Walter Borjo, who heads the reputable company "Agro-Scamara Bashkiria" and is a visiting teacher at the Bashkir Agricultural University. Both teachers collaborate with the Italian production group Cremonini, which is known worldwide for creating a network of feedlots (feedlot) for cattle.
Boryo and Tassinari will share with the students of the School of Cattle Breeding their rich experience and extensive knowledge in raising, reproducing and fattening cattle of meat breeds. It is known that training in a unique course lasts five days, after which the recruitment of a new group starts.Based on the results of the training, students will undergo testing (both theoretical and practical), which will allow them to become owners of a certificate of a professional cattle breeder who owns general knowledge and skills in working with cattle of meat breeds. Also, students of the course get the opportunity to transfer young stock from their farms for grazing at the feedlots of Gruppo Cremonini on Bashkir fields.
