Dmitry Patrushev, head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, arrived in the Republic of Kalmykia as part of a planned working visit.

It is known that the plans of the head of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture include a meeting with employees of a meat-processing enterprise in the village of Ketchener, as well as a meeting with representatives of various agricultural sectors in the region.

It is reported that Patrushev will familiarize himself with the implementation of construction works of new complexes at the Ketchenerovsk Combine for a long time.

Dmitry Nikolaevich will share his thoughts on the facility and its prospects at a meeting that will focus on the optimization and development of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Kalmykia. It is important to add that the minister in the framework of the meeting wants to dwell on the problems of the republican cattle breeding.

Therefore, the meeting will raise issues of state financial support to local livestock, the amount of subsidies, as well as the possibility of modernization of special equipment, which Kalmyk agricultural producers use today in their daily work.

Also, the issue of lending to agricultural facilities in the region and the conditions for issuing state installments will be raised.
