Agricultural business today requires appropriate legal support. A lawyer working in this direction should have a lot of knowledge and constantly improve it. The international event provides an excellent opportunity for lawyers and internal advisers to discuss current legal issues in agriculture, find ways to solve current problems, build the ability to protect rights in the agricultural business and, of course, exchange experiences.
- The event will discuss a range of issues, including:
- Ukrainian land reform and existing world practices;
- Models of investment in agriculture;
- International regulation of agricultural trade;
- Opportunities for the agricultural business and ways to protect trade in the agricultural sector.
We will also talk about the application of IT-technologies in the field, including about precision farming, replacing human labor with jobs, using drones. A separate day will be devoted to the arbitration of agricultural disputes.
Among the participants of the event are expected representatives of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the EBRD, the World Bank, major international and local investors in the agricultural industry, the main legal consultants of leading agricultural companies, leading national and international experts in agricultural law.
