The governor emphasized that the regional budget did not provide funds for the implementation of this goal. But Lyubimov is sure that the time has come to acquire the most valuable land in the regional ownership in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture of the region.
“Because we can either use it ourselves, if it is in demand, for construction, or we can lease it, or sell it to bona fide users who will cultivate this land for a normal auction price,” the governor concluded.
